This room presents a selection of the works acquired by Hortensia Herrero through the acquisition prize that bears her name, which has been awarded every year since 2014 as part of the event known as Abierto València (Open Valencia), with which the city’s galleries launch the art season in September. More than twenty works by sixteen artists have been added to the Hortensia Herrero collection through this award.
